Since CR is not up to thots right now, I thought I'd share my favourite
lines with you all, lines that I always try remembering when I feel like a
Very Small Animal, and it is Hard To Be Brave and think of The Right Thing
To Do. So...
When I find myself thinking "What if's" of the not so pleasant kind, I
remember Piglet in Chapter 8 of THaPC saying "Supposing a tree fell down,
Pooh, when we were underneath it?" to which Pooh replies, after careful
thought: "Supposing it didn't?" - And since Piglet goes on later in the
chapter to do a Very Grand Thing (as well as an Even Grander, to my mind in
the next, when he actually gives up his house) despite being a Very Small
Animal, I always find the thought of Pooh saying "Supposing it didn't?" a
Very Comforting Thought.
