Donna Saturday morning, I had breakfast with Roger, Sarah, Robin & Rachael -- meeting Robin & Rachael for the first time. They are, of course, all wonderful and witty people -- you're all invited to my wedding next year!

No, I can not pronounce Ragnhild, and I'm not going to try, because I'll embarass myself. :)

Robin, Rachael & I went shopping while Roger & Sarah went off to do that thing that people do before they get married. I'm not sure what this is, but I'll let you know next year... anyhoo, I spent entirely too much at the Disney Store -- in total, came in very close to my exemption limit for bringing things into Canada... so I underestimated things a little on my customers form. *G*

The wedding was *lovely*. Sarah & Roger both looked smashing! Even when Roger was making faces at me. (And he thought I would be the one making faces. Hah!)

We then went to the reception, where we had a wonderful dinner, got some great pictures taken, took some great pictures, and had our very own Ugly Naked Guy thrown in for flavour. (Every wedding needs an ugly naked guy.)

Rachael Donna, you beat me to the Ugly Naked Guy. I, for one, would be happy to supply an Ugly Naked Guy for your wedding. Did you want him with or without the towel? :)

Yes, the wedding was beautiful. Yes, Sarah was absolutely gorgeous and Roger was looking pretty spiffy too. And of course, meeting Robin and Donna for the first time will go down as "an epoch in my life," to quote Anne of Green Gables. Two such beautiful, interesting people. I am afraid my mundane life as a mother and wife may have rather bored them. And of course, I think I really scared them when I got lost in my own hometown... :) But that is really another story. Robin and Donna make wonderful shopping companions, as evidenced by their spenditures at the Disney Store. For the first time, I wasn't the one spending the most money, although I may go back in the next week when I get paid on Friday...

Robin I can't do much but say "ditto" to what's been said before... I want to know if I can get that minister to perform my wedding ceremony (whenever I find myself a groom...), though. He was really good.

I took lots and lots of pictures (how can you not with such a good-looking couple?), enough, I should think, even to satisfy Glenda.

Back to wherever I came from.
